We appreciate your business, and one of the ways we show this is by getting you what you ordered as effeciently as possible!

We ship via USPS exclusively.

Delivery to a business:
Deliveries to business locations will be sent via regular USPS mail service.

Delivery to a home:
Orders sent to a residence will be sent via US Postal Service Expedited shipping.

A tracking code is not provided by the US Postal Service. Instead they have a "Delivery Confirmation Number"; all expedited shipments are sent insured.
 

Your delivery confirmation number will be automatically sent to you via the email address you provide. That is why it is so important for you the customer to provide accurate contact information, such as email and phone.

In the event of a backwards clock being damaged in shipping
Contact us immediately for a replacement unit.

USPS Expedited shipping is available at $20.00 per clock purchased, with a discount for multiple purchases. A steep price, but this is not a USPS envelope, it is a box. Costs somewhat more to send boxes via expedited!
