We appreciate your business, and one of the ways we show this is by getting you what you ordered as effeciently as possible!

We ship via Federal Express exclusively.

Delivery to a business:
Deliveries to business locations will be sent via regular Federal Express courier service.

Delivery to a home:
Orders sent to a residence will be sent via Federal Express Ground courier service.

A tracking code will be generated when the item is entered into the FedEx tracking system. A tracking number may need 24 hours to actually register in their system.
 

Your tracking code will be automatically sent to you via the email address you provide.
That is why it is so important for you the customer to provide accurate contact information, such as email and phone.

In the event of a backwards clock being damaged in shipping
Contact us immediately for a replacement unit.

Overnight shipping is available at $30.00 per clock purchased, with a discount for multiple purchase. A steep price, but this is not a FedEx envelope, it is a box. Costs somewhat more to send overnight
